4. Booking & Appointments
Booking confirmation: A booking is confirmed only after we contact you via phone/WhatsApp to confirm the slot.
Cancellation: Please cancel at least 2 hours before your appointment by calling 9000011580.
Home collection: We reserve the right to reschedule home collection in case of unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you promptly.
Fasting requirements: It is your responsibility to follow fasting instructions provided at the time of booking. Re-collection charges may apply if fasting was not maintained.
5. Payment Terms
All prices quoted are in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes.
Payment is due before or at the time of sample collection.
We accept Cash, UPI, and Card payments.
Refunds: No refunds after sample collection. If we are unable to process a test, a full refund will be issued.
6. Report Accuracy & Liability
While we maintain the highest quality standards (ISO 9001:2015), laboratory testing has inherent limitations:
Results may be affected by sample quality, patient preparation, or biological variation.
Reference ranges are based on population studies and may vary for individuals.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the test in case of errors on our part.
We are not liable for clinical decisions made based on our reports without physician consultation.
7. Confidentiality
All patient information and test results are strictly confidential. Reports are shared only with the patient and their authorized representatives. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
